Message	but remember that in 14 years NO ONE has a documented case of doing it. We're not talking about "close" here. He basically wants to know if he can get 400RWHP with the mods listed and the answer is a pretty solid no. Now, if he runs 17psi, moves up the timing, has a nice cold day, a few other tweaks AND a nice running car, he may get close. That's just silly :) The funny thing is, it shouldn't really matter. The car at that point will be nice and speedy with stock turbos and whether or not it puts down 380 or 400RWHP it will be fun to drive and fast on the street.
